Cool Is Up To You!

when u find urself feeling stressed-out over a problem, see urself dealing with it successfully. when u do this, u have a much better chance of being in charge of ur emotions, which make u much more likely 2 be in control of ur behavior. being in charge of ur emotions and being able 2 control ur behavior is sure 2 lower ur stress. u've learned how what u see (even in ur mind's eye) can help lower ur stress. well, guess what? what u hear can turn down the volume on ur stress level, too.
